Excellent Wendy have just completed the sequence. Very professional well done. Love the Andrew option will definitely try to get Mark to do it with me next time, not sure how I will go with that. Thank you. Hope your family are all coping with this situation, esp. thinking of your mum. Cheers.

Hope you’re well. I’ve had a great week doing the leg stretches video everyday. Being 22 minutes long is ideal because I can fit it in before work on a daily basis and already I can feel the difference the regular practice is making. On day one I couldn’t get my shin up the wall and by day 7 I can. Thanks.

So how long have I been doing yoga and only now do I realise that I have been doing hip openers all wrong. Well, perhaps not quite right. It all dawned on me in a flash, no less, of light and brilliance today. A bit hard to explain but an adjustment after hearing you give a direction suddenly found THAT spot that tells you - 'Uh oh! Haven't been here before!'
