This Relaxation practice quietens the sensory organs, the eyes, ears, nose and tongue which are all located within the skull, and the largest sensory organ the skin.
As we interact and interface with our live & others, we are often unconsciously triggering these sensory organs, causing the facial features and the skin to hold tension.
Also if our mind is roaming mindlessly from one thought to another, without a pause or rest for the brain. This hardens the brain cells and shakes the nerves. This tension on the nervous system, depletes our energy and will leave us feeling fatigued.
In this relaxation we release the tension in the facial features and skin, which releases the pressure in the brain. This will have a calming effect on the body, mind and nervous system.
