Legs Up The Wall

This restorative inversion can benefit your immune system and rest the nervous system. This will help the mind to quieten, and a rested mind is able to respond to challenges in life much more effectively.

If you have tight hamstrings, your legs will not meet the wall. So have a gap between the wall and your buttocks, but keep your sacrum anchored down to the floor and keep the sides of the chest elevated out of the armpit region.

Bolster, blue block & wall.  Also can be practiced with no props.
