General Leg Stretches

Sally joins me in this sequence of leg stretches. This practice will improve the functioning of feet, lower legs and upper legs and their relationship to pelvic and upper body.

Supta Padangusthasana 1, 2 & 3 (leg stretches), Virasana, Vjrasana, Malasana, Supta Virasana (kneeling poses), Eka Pada Swatiskasana, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (hip opening poses), and Hanumanasana (splits). Finish with 5 minutes Viparita Karani (legs up wall) to rest and restore the legs.

Strap, 2 foam pads, bolster, 2 cork blocks, blanket, bolster and blue block.
